Where do we ship to?

We ship to the U.S.A. and Canada.  We also offer pickup to our local customers.  

When will your package be shipped?

We strive to ship as soon as possible.  Generally in stock items ship within one business day and custom or semi-custom items ship within one business day of their completion (turnaround for custom items may vary, and you will be notified of approximate completion dates).  We say “generally” because there may be times that we are not able to ship immediately, but we will do our best to notify you of shipment date, which should be no later than 5 business days from order date.  

Who do we ship through?

We generally ship through the United States Postal Service, with priority 3 days shipping.  Our prices are reflected at USPS current rates.  If you would like to request another shipping company, you may contact us by clicking here.

What are the rates?

Shipping rates are based on weight and insurance coverage and do not exceed $10.  

Free shipping?

Yes!  We offer free shipping on orders over $50!

How do I track my order?

You will be provided a tracking number and a service through which to track your product/s.
